Lynn Goldstein is the founder of INDICIUM LLC. She has a longstanding track record in strategic thinking and problem-solving, especially in Privacy, Data Protection, Advanced Data Analytics, and Information Management. Her career in financial services spanned three decades at JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) and its heritage banks.  After being the Chief Privacy Officer and Privacy General Counsel of JPMC, Lynn became the Chief Data Officer at a startup at New York University, the Center for Urban Science + Progress (CUSP).

Lynn’s experience in both Fortune 50 and startup firms gives her familiarity with the privacy solutions available to small and medium size businesses. In 2018, she co-founded GDPRsimple, a SaaS product that helps small and medium sized businesses implement, and demonstrate their implementation, of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Lynn’s combination of legal expertise, privacy strategy and compliance experience and her understanding of the needs of small and medium sized businesses gives her the unique capability to help small and medium sized businesses find practical and competitive solutions to their privacy problems.  

Lynn is a Senior Strategist at the Information Accountability Foundation, a global information policy think tank. Lynn was an Arbitrator for the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework Binding Arbitration Program and a member of the Department of Homeland Security Data Protection and Integrity Advisory Committee.
